Sit all day. Get up like it was nothing.
The seat cushion built for people who don't let sitting get in the way of a functioning body.
- Lower back stops aching by mid-afternoon
- Tailbone pressure gone, not just padded
- Works in any seat, from office to car
- Holds its shape instead of flattening in a month
Ergozy was built around one mechanism most cushions skip entirely: a coccyx pressure-relief cutout paired with contoured, slow-rebound memory foam. It doesn't just add softness. It changes where your weight actually goes.
I was pretty skeptical buying another cushion. I've gone through enough of them to know how this usually works. They're comfortable when they're new, then they either flatten, move around, or just don't feel the same after a while.
I've had my Ergozy for 7 months now and so far it's been the first one that I haven't felt like I need to replace.
It still has its shape, it stays where I put it, and I can sit on it for a long time without constantly thinking about the cushion underneath me.
That's really all I wanted. I wasn't looking for some miracle product. I just wanted one that actually kept doing its job.

Why the headrest comes with it
Sitting pain is a chain, and the cushion only fixes the bottom of it. Correct the base of your spine while your head still juts forward at a screen, and that load doesn't disappear. It travels up and lands in your neck.
Ergozy Ease cushion
Memory foam contours to your hips and spreads weight evenly. The coccyx cutout takes direct pressure off your tailbone instead of loading one point.
Headrest cushion
Holds your head back over your shoulders instead of hanging forward, so the neck and upper back stop carrying what your posture dropped on them.
That's why it's free rather than sold separately. It isn't a bonus, it's the other half. We're not going to fix half your posture and call it solved.
This felt firmer than I expected at first, but within a few days I noticed I wasn't shifting around as much. After about a week, I stopped thinking about my back during the drive. I've been using it for 10 months now and wish I'd tried it sooner.
People sitting all day, the same way you do
Support That Makes Sitting Feel Easier
I spend a lot of time in my favorite chair, and I used to find myself leaning to one side or getting up just to get comfortable. The Ergozy gives me more support without feeling like I'm sitting on a huge pillow.
I finally found one I wanted to keep using
I've tried a few cushions over the years and most of them end up shoved in a cupboard. This one has actually stayed on my chair. It's supportive without feeling like I'm sitting on something ridiculously soft.
It helps on long trips
I spend a lot of time traveling and working on my laptop, and sciatica used to make longer trips a lot harder than they needed to be. I started using the Ergozy when I'm sitting for a few hours at a time, and the extra support makes a noticeable difference. I don't spend the whole trip shifting around trying to find a position that feels better.
Comfortable Support That Stays With Me
I spend a lot of time sitting, so I needed something that would stay in place and still feel supportive after several hours. I've been using Ergozy at home and it's become part of my everyday setup.
Much better for long commutes
I spend a lot of time sitting while commuting and working on my laptop. After a long stretch in a train seat, I used to feel ready to stand up just to get out of the same position. The Ergozy makes those longer sitting periods feel more supported and comfortable.
Much easier to sit in my chair for longer
I spend a lot of time in my chair and after a while I would start shifting around trying to get comfortable. With the Ergozy I don't find myself doing that nearly as much. I just sit down and forget about it.
Even dinner is more comfortable
I used to start getting uncomfortable halfway through a meal and would end up moving around in my chair. Now I can actually sit through dinner without thinking about how I'm sitting every few minutes.
It makes the couch much more comfortable
I spend a lot of time on the couch in the evenings, whether I'm watching a movie, reading, or just relaxing. I used to keep shifting around because I couldn't get comfortable for very long. The Ergozy gives me more support on the couch, and I don't find myself constantly looking for a better position anymore.
I don't notice my chair by the afternoon anymore
I spend most of my day at my desk, and by the afternoon I used to be shifting around trying to get comfortable. I've had this on my chair for a few weeks now and I don't find myself doing that nearly as much. It's a small change, but after sitting there all day, you notice it.
My daughter started using it for homework
I originally got this for my own chair, but my daughter started using it at the desk when she was doing homework. She sits there for hours some days, and she says it makes the chair feel much better. Now I have to remind her that it's mine.
Not soft. Structured.
Coccyx Pressure-Relief Cutout
Creates a pressure-free zone around the tailbone while the surrounding foam keeps supporting the rest of your seat.
Contoured Memory Foam Support
Distributes weight across your hips and seat instead of concentrating it on one point.
Ventilated Foam Core
Improves airflow so a long sit doesn't turn into a hot one.
Non-Slip Base
Stays put on office chairs, car seats, and everything in between.
Most cushions add softness. This one redirects pressure.
A flat cushion just sits under you, the pressure is still concentrated on a few points. It just cushions the load. Ergozy routes pressure away from your tailbone and pressure points, while the surrounding foam contours to your hips, so the same muscles don't carry the load all day.
The practical stuff
What changes
You sit without constantly shifting, without the stiffness creeping in, and without your muscles carrying the load all day.
What you leave behind
Shifting in your seat, the stiffness that sets in by afternoon, and muscles fatigued from carrying weight they shouldn't have to.

"I honestly expected it to go flat."
I've bought probably 4 or 5 different cushions for my truck over the last few years and they all seem to do the same thing. They feel great for the first few weeks and then they start going flat.
I've had the Ergozy for just over 4 months now and that's probably the biggest thing I've noticed. It still has the same shape and support as when I first got it. I drive around 9 to 10 hours most days, so it's getting used a lot.
Usually by this point I'd already be looking for another cushion. Haven't had to with this one.
"Around 3 hours was always when it started."
I work from home and my chair is actually pretty decent. The problem was that after around 2 or 3 hours I'd start getting uncomfortable and shifting around.
By the afternoon I was constantly changing how I was sitting. I'd move forward, lean to one side, get up for a minute, sit back down and then do it all again.
I've been using the Ergozy at my desk for a couple months now and I don't get that same need to constantly move around. It's not some magic thing, I just feel like I'm actually supported instead of sinking into my chair.
"I didn't realise how much I was moving around."
My daughter actually bought this for me because I was complaining about being uncomfortable in my chair. I didn't think I really needed a cushion, I thought it was just part of getting older.
After using it for a few weeks I noticed something funny. I wasn't constantly moving around trying to find a better position anymore. Before I'd sit on one side, then the other, then lean forward, then back again.
I hadn't even realised how often I was doing it until I stopped doing it.
"I spend most evenings in my chair."
I'm in my favorite chair most evenings, whether I'm watching television, reading, or talking with family. I used to keep shifting around after a while because I couldn't find a position that felt comfortable. The Ergozy gives me more support without feeling overly soft, and I've ended up leaving it on the chair.
"I notice the difference after a long day."
Between reading, watching the grandchildren, and spending time at home, I do a lot more sitting than I used to think about. Before, I would get up feeling stiff and uncomfortable. The cushion has made my chair feel more supportive, especially when I've been sitting there for a few hours.
"The heat was the thing I wasn't expecting."
I drive for a living and I'm normally in the seat for 8 to 11 hours depending on the day. My old cushion was comfortable enough but after a few hours it got really hot underneath me. By the end of the day I was sweating and constantly shifting around.
The Ergozy doesn't have that problem nearly as bad. You still obviously get warm sitting in a truck all day, but it doesn't feel like the cushion is holding all that heat underneath you.
That's honestly become one of my favourite things about it. I bought it for the support, stayed for the fact that I don't feel like I'm sitting on a hot sponge anymore.
"I thought I needed a new chair."
I was convinced my office chair was the problem. It's not a cheap chair and I'd already adjusted the height, backrest and everything else I could think of.
I eventually tried the Ergozy because buying another chair seemed a bit ridiculous. It's actually made more of a difference than I expected.
I think I was looking at the wrong part of the setup. My chair can be perfectly fine but I'm still sitting on the same seat for 8 hours a day. The cushion was the thing I hadn't tried changing.
"Worked great on a 10-hour trip."
Worked great while on a 10 hour trip in the car. I only had slight pain in my sciatica.
"Helpful for long workdays."
After using it during several full workdays, I noticed that my chair feels more comfortable and supportive. The back section follows the curve of my lower back, while the seat feels evenly cushioned. The cover also feels breathable in my experience. I appreciate that it can be removed for cleaning.
"An absolute must for long car trips."
Initially I had to get used to fitting in the seat, but once I did, it sure made a difference on preventing discomfort in my legs. I used it on a couple of long driving trips and definitely had less issues with pain. It helped my posture as well. It still looks unused and just as firm as when I first used it.
"Stays in place better than expected."
My favorite feature is the non-slip bottom. The cushion stays in place much better than the loose seat pad I used before. The memory foam slowly returns to its original shape after use.
"Well-made with a non-slip design."
The first thing I noticed was how well-made it feels. I really like the non-slip design. I tested it on my computer chair to see if it would move around, and it stayed perfectly in place without sliding. I also use it for my daughter's wheelchair, and it fits perfectly. The backrest gives additional support, which actually helps me notice a straighter posture when standing up from it.
"No more pain."
I love it, I can really tell a difference in my level of low back pain. Very well made and portable enough to move from one vehicle to the other. Great value at a great price.
"Comfy Erg Support."
Been very happy with this, helps with long days in the office chair.
"Tightness of steering wheel to legs."
I purchased two. My husband couldn't use it in his truck, not enough room, uncomfortable. He's using it in his recliner instead. I use mine in the car. A little tough getting in but I think it's worth the trouble. So far my legs don't get numb.
"Good support but gets too hot after a while."
I have had lower back and sciatica pain for years, so I always need targeted cushioning for seats I sit in for long periods. This works well for seats that don't already have lumbar support, and it's great in the passenger seat since car seats can feel too deep. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the material doesn't breathe much and I get warm after a couple hours, but that might not affect you if you don't sweat as much as I do.
"High quality, supportive."
This is high quality and does provide some comfort. It is thick and does the job, but I wish it were a bit softer.
"Comfortable and effective."
This works perfectly for covering the bottom of my chair and adding extra cushioning. It's that classic memory foam material as opposed to a pillow filled density, which makes it more durable. There were only three colors to choose from, so I couldn't get one to match my office chair, which was a bit of a bummer.
"I like the support I get."
Looks good and it is doing a good job of supporting my back and spine and hip joints well. It seems to be a durable product with the right height for me.
"Might not be the best for truckers."
Bought this to use on a 2018 Freightliner Cascadia but it made me sit too far forward, leading to some back pain. Tried it on a 2020 International LT and got the same result. Good concept though, and I now use it on my office chair at home.
"Well made, but didn't work for my situation."
The quality of the materials of this seat cushion are good. Good memory foam, nice cover with zipper so it can be washed easily.
I was hoping that this Ergozy cushion would help, but the back of the cushion is thick and lumpy and pushes into my back in my reclining chair.
The only reason I'm not returning it is that it actually helps me at my sewing desk, so I found a use for it, just not where I was originally hoping.
Depending on your size, particular back pain, and sitting arrangement, this cushion may or may not work for you.
"The back should be higher."
The back should be higher. It only goes to your lumbar region.
